The State of Arizona has authorized me to commence the process to canvas the solicitation of Requests for Compensation from those victimized by William Louden through Nova Lights. This process shall commence on March 1, 2011, and victims will have 90 days (until June 1, 2011) in order to register their Request for Compensation ("claim") with our office. After this timeframe has elapsed, I will analyze those claims filed, compile the results, and report and recommend to the Court my findings.  These findings will be published by notification on this website, and anyone who wishes to object to these findings will have the opportunity to be heard before the Receivership Judge of this case before the Maricopa County Superior Court. Our review, analyses and compilation should be completed by August 31, 2011 (90 days after the last day to submit timely claims) and our report to the Court filed no later than September 31, 2011.  Therefore, a hearing, if necessary, would be expected to occur on or about September 30, 2011, and if there are no objections, the data will be turned over to the State for remittances within 30 days thereafter. As currently anticipated, this office will not be making these actual remittances; these would be done by the State; however, depending upon the number of remittances to be made, this could change.Hopefully this correspondence sets forth some idea as to the time table for this process.  This is only estimation, not fixed and scheduled. Please make sure if you have a claim (Request for Compensation) to file, that you do so by following the procedures below and do so on or before May 31, 2011, otherwise your Request for Compensation will be denied for an untimely filing.
