06.23.2011- The claims bar date is Thursday 06.30.2011. All claims must be filed or post marked no later than the bar date.

Many people have inquired regarding the completeness of their claims and whether or not they will receive compensation. Please be aware that there will be sufficient time after the bar date during the adjudication process to modify claims and provide additional supporting documentation.

The most important thing at this time is that your claim is filed before the bar date.
