Information for Claimants

8/19/2011 The claims bar date has passed and all filed claims have been adjudicated. You can access the claims listing HERE. Other documents related to the claims listing are available HERE.

The total amount of recovered funds available to all claimants is $481,217.39. The total amount of approved claims is $23,501,144.91.

After deduction of administrative and court approved other claimants, the amount that should be  available to investor claimants will be between one and two cents per hundred dollars of court approved investor claims.

Filing of Claims

06.23.2011- The claims bar date is Thursday 06.30.2011. All claims must be filed or post marked no later than the bar date.

Many people have inquired regarding the completeness of their claims and whether or not they will receive compensation. Please be aware that there will be sufficient time after the bar date during the adjudication process to modify claims and provide additional supporting documentation.

The most important thing at this time is that your claim is filed before the bar date.
